| How can I buy a subscription to Acme? |

| There are two ways to purchase subscriptions in Acme: in the Acme app, and on the web.Follow the below steps to purchase subscription in the Acme AppOpen Acme on your device.Select your profile picture.Under Subscriptions, find a subscription you want.Select the Continue button for the subscription you want to purchase. |

  

  

| Why is my subscription page not showing the credits? |

| Sometimes due to payment delays it can happen that the credits wont display immediately. We request you to wait for 2-3 hrs and still if you dont see, please raise a ticket to the support and they should sort it out for you. |

  
  

| How can I upgrade my subscription? |

| To upgrade your subscription, please got to Subscription > My subscription section under settings tab and click the 'Upgrade' button under your current subscription. Once you click on that, it will take you to the Payments page where you can make the payment and upgrade to a new plan. |
